Privacy
- We keep what you put in, so the app can work for you. Nothing more.
- Your data is never sold. No ads, no tracking, no analytics cookies.
- Nothing you write is shown to anyone else unless you make a venture's forecast log public yourself.
- Write to us any time to see, fix, export or delete what we hold.
Who is responsible
Pasai ENK (company under registration) runs Venturex and decides what happens to your data (the “controller”, in data-protection terms). Questions, requests or complaints: contact@pasai.art. A person answers, not a bot.

What we keep, and why
Only what you enter, plus what the app needs to run your account. We use it to provide the service you were invited to (the agreement between us), to keep the service secure and to meet the law. Where we ask for your consent, that consent is the basis, and you can take it back.
- Your account
- Your e-mail address, when you signed up and last signed in, your plan, and your language and look.
- Sign-ins
- A record of each device you are signed in on, with the time, the browser it reported and its address on the internet. Only you can see your own, under Signed-in devices on your Account page, and sign any of them out there.
- Each venture
- The lines you write about the idea, your answers at the door and the notes you add to them, your scores and their evidence, the verdict and its date, the state the idea is in, and the card: what it is, what it owns, its channel, money in and committed, the next date.
- The workspace
- Your assumptions and facts with their sources, your decisions and the reasons you give, your tests with the numbers you set and the results you record, your offer (who it is for, the problem, the promise, the price), the stage each venture is at, and the people you invite into a venture.
- Feedback
- What you write in Feedback, the tidied-up title and summary made from it, whether it is an idea or a problem, and which suggestions you voted for.
- Invites
- If we invited you: that we sent you a sign-in link, when, and to which address. The address is removed from that record when your account is deleted.
- Help we give you
- When you ask for help, we can open a read-only view of your account. Each time is recorded: who looked, when, and why if a reason was given.
An idea you run through the door without saving is never written on our side: it stays in your own browser until you save it or walk away, and then it is gone.
What's public
Nothing, by default. A venture's forecast log (its state, score, the test you set, the number and the result) becomes public only when you switch it on yourself, and you can switch it off again. It never shows your assumptions, decisions, notes or the people on the venture.
Feedback is a shared board: everyone signed in to Venturex sees the title and summary of each suggestion you post, and how many votes it has. They never see who posted it, who voted, or the words you wrote yourself. Only you and we see those.
Who else handles it, and where
A small number of service providers run Venturex for us. They handle your data only to do that job, under a written agreement with us, and may not use it for anything else. By category:
- Hosting and database
- Where the app runs and your data is stored. In the European Union.
- E-mail delivery
- Sends the sign-in e-mail. It receives your address and the text of that e-mail.
- AI assistance
- Only when you press the button in Feedback: what you wrote there, and the titles and summaries already on the board, go to an AI provider in the USA, which drafts a short title and summary for you to approve, leaving out names and contact details. Under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and a written agreement that forbids using it to train models. Nothing else you store (your ideas, answers, scores, tests, decisions) goes to an AI provider. If that changes, this page changes first.
Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer rests on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Like any website, these services also log technical details of each visit (such as your address on the internet and your browser) to keep the service secure. Cookies
We use a few small cookies, all needed for the app to work or to remember a choice you made: one that keeps you signed in, one each for your language, your look, dark or bright and Focus mode, and one that holds your answers at the door until you save them. None of them are for tracking or ads, and there are no third-party cookies, analytics or pixels.
We send a sign-in e-mail only when you ask for one. A Monday review of your tests will come later, on by your choice; it is not sent today. We send no other e-mail.
Never sold
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the providers above, which only use it to run Venturex. The only exception is if the law requires us to hand something over.
Your rights
You can see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, and object to how we use it. Most of it you can edit yourself in the app. For anything else, write to contact@pasai.art from the address you sign in with, and we will answer within a month.
The verdict at the door and the scores are suggestions you can read, question and overrule; no decision with a legal effect on you is made by a machine.
To delete your account, write to us. We delete the account and everything in it (ventures, answers, tests, decisions), then your sign-in. The record of the deletion keeps neither your name nor your e-mail address. Suggestions you posted in Feedback stay on the board without your name and without the words you wrote, because others voted on them; your votes go.
If you think we have got it wrong, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists, until you ask us to delete it. We have not set a period yet for removing accounts nobody uses; when we do, it will be written here. The technical logs our providers keep follow their own standard periods.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes too. If a change affects what happens to your data, we will tell you in the app before it applies. The address of this page is venturex.aintegration.org/privacy.
